My review is based on the automatic car wash, which is touchless (no brushes or anything similar are used). Touchless car washes are better for a car's paint than automatic washes with brushes, but they can be hard to find in DFW. I was nervous about using this one because of some of the older reviews, including those from three months ago, but I decided to take a chance after seeing more recent ones. The equipment is new/upgraded compared to the pictures from the older reviews, and the prices reflect the upgraded equipment. I chose the option that includes ceramic. Because the hood of my car was covered in a great deal of bird droppings, I wanted the option that I felt would provide the most thorough cleaning. I was HIGHLY impressed with what this wash was able to remove. Only a small amount of bird droppings remains in one small spot on the hood, so the wash removed about 98% of them. Every other part of my car looks great after the wash. The only negative is that the dryers do not automatically move across your car. this place is awful. first off it charged my card and it wouldn't come on. I had to go find somebody to turn on the system after it charged my card so that I could wash my car. secondly, the rent cycle isn't a rent cycle. it continually dumps soap onto the vehicle so it will never rinse, clean and leave spots all over your car. thirdly, the water is ice cold. how is it supposed to clean anything if it's cold water? don't waste your money here. it charges you a minimum of $6 to begin and then continues to amp up for added seconds once you swipe your card. so there's no telling how much you'll end up paying for a car wash. just pay somebody else to do it and save your effort, time and money

The wash kept losing pressure and then the spot free rinse didnt function so my vehicle will be covered in water spots. Waste of my time and money would give 0 stars if I could

Bad. Don’t use your credit cards here. “Stop” button doesn’t work correctly. First off, it is labeled incorrectly: the button that says “Stop” doesn’t work. (That is, you can’t press it.) The actual “Stop” button isn’t labeled and so your money runs down as you’re trying to figure it out. Last, when I did manage to stop the running total, it read “$3.75”. In fact, my bank statement shows they charged me “$6.00”. It’s a little thing, of course. But frustrating from a standpoint of overall customer—business trust. Not using again.

Skip the Touchless Car Wash Bay. It’s cheap, but it doesn’t even clean your car. Not expecting a 100% clean, but at least 75% as an express maintenance wash. There was no soap distributed, it’s just high pressure water and a weak dryer. Phone number posted on the sign is invalid. The one place that actually has a touchless car wash, and it’s terrible.
